Branding Photography & Videography for Creative Businesses | South Wales, Bristol & Bath
Recently I had the pleasure of collaborating with Miriam Vincent — the artist behind Minnie LaLa Design, based in Grosmont, Monmouthshire.
This branding photography and videography session was designed to capture a natural “day in the life” story of an artist and creative business owner. From a peaceful morning walk through Grosmont and moments of inspiration in nature, to documenting the creative process inside the studio — preparing canvases, mixing paints and creating artwork from scratch.
For this shoot I worked entirely with natural and ambient light, without flash or additional lighting, allowing the images and video to feel authentic, calm and connected to the atmosphere of the day.
I also incorporated shallow depth of field, focus shifting and cinematic-style videography to create more visual depth and storytelling throughout the final content.
This was one of my first full branding sessions combining both photography and short-form video reels — a service I now offer for artists, makers, independent brands and creative businesses across South Wales, Bristol and Bath.
