Branding Photography with Alison Worral – Spiritually Fit Well Being
Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Alison Worral, the owner of Spiritually Fit Well Being, on her first professional branding photoshoot. Alison is a coach and hypnotherapist, offering services that combine energy healing and wellbeing support. Her goal for this session was to create a set of images she could use across her website and social media platforms — photos that reflect her approachable personality, professionalism, and the calm, positive energy of her work.
Before the shoot, we collaborated on a detailed brief. Alison shared her ideas for the types of photos she needed: candid consultation-style shots with a volunteer client, natural headshots from multiple angles, and some outdoor imagery to reflect her connection with nature. I also provided guidance on styling, wardrobe, and props to ensure the session captured her essence and the atmosphere of her business.
The shoot took place at The Phoenix HQ in Newport. For this session, we focused on indoor shots, combining natural and artificial light to make the most of the space’s welcoming environment. Alison brought her energy, openness, and creativity to the shoot, making it easy to capture authentic, relaxed, and professional moments.
